Compensation: $80,000–$150,000 base + Uncapped Commission | OTE $200,000–$350,000+

As a Senior Strategic Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in expanding both our customer base and our brand presence across the IT infrastructure space. You’ll be selling industry-recognized, sustainable hardware solutions and lifecycle services to enterprise clients who care about quality, cost-efficiency, and long-term partnership.

This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to drive net-new business while also nurturing and growing long-standing customer accounts — someone who gets just as excited about the hunt as they do about the long game.

What You’ll Be Selling:
  • Refurbished and new enterprise networking hardware
  • Structured cabling and data center connectivity solutions
  • Comprehensive IT lifecycle management services (procurement through decommissioning)
  • Products and services that help customers meet budget, uptime, and sustainability goals

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Building and managing a book of business across strategic enterprise accounts
  • Identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
  • Deepening relationships within existing accounts by cross-selling and upselling tailored solutions
  • Delivering personalized, consultative sales experiences to IT leaders and procurement teams
  • Owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and renewals
  • Accurately forecasting margin pipeline and hitting revenue targets
  • Collaborating closely with technical architects, product managers, and leadership
  • Leveraging CRM and reporting tools to track, manage, and scale your performance

You’re a Strong Fit If You:
  • Bring 10+ years of B2B sales experience in IT hardware, infrastructure, or data center solutions
  • Have a proven record of quota-crushing success
  • Are skilled in solution selling, not just pushing product
  • Know how to speak the language of CIOs, procurement teams, and tech stakeholders
  • Have a strong handle on margin, value-based selling, and long-term account development
  • Are disciplined, coachable, competitive — and wired to win
