Client Success Specialist
Pay: $22.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, including purchase orders and product questions
Manage orders from entry to delivery using Salesforce, Oracle, Outlook, and Teams
Support quoting functions and ensure timely resolution of issues
Collaborate with engineering and production to enhance client experience
Continuously seek opportunities to improve service and processes
Provide phone support and escalate inquiries when necessary
What You Bring:
1+ year of customer service experience (purchase order experience required)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and data entry skills
Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, and Excel preferred
Associate degree preferred
Bilingual skills and knowledge of international shipping are a plus
