Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (Hybrid after training)
Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a Training Scheduler to support high-volume scheduling and administrative operations for training programs. This full-time position starts onsite for training (5 days/week) with a hybrid schedule available afterward (3 days in-office, 2 remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate training schedules across multiple programs and locations
Manage classroom logistics, instructor assignments, materials, and enrollments
Monitor enrollment trends and adjust scheduling based on ROI and demand
Professionally handle escalated customer service inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Work closely with vendors, instructors, and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery
Use Excel to manage schedules, track data, and maintain accuracy in reporting
Support onsite, eLearning, and virtual training operations
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree required (or equivalent experience); Bachelor's preferred
2+ years in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a call center
Strong Excel skills and proven attention to detail
Experience managing competing priorities and project deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
