Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Onsite Only)

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Parts Picker for a growing distribution team in Syracuse. This full-time, onsite position plays a vital role in inventory management, product movement, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and record incoming shipments

• Pick, package, and ship outgoing orders

• Organize and stock inventory in designated areas

• Perform routine inventory audits and resolve discrepancies

• Operate forklifts as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in warehouse areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer and math skills

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and operate warehouse equipment

• Works well independently and as part of a team

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus
