Customer Service Representative (61185)

HOURS:       Monday-Friday (8am - 4:30pm)

PAY RATE:  $17.00/hr.

Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with an innovative company in Lewisburg, TN to find Customer Service Representatives to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Customer Service; answering a high volume of inbound calls to resolve customer questions
  • Data Entry including order information 
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Background Profile of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Associates Degree preferred; required to get hired on
  • Proven experience working in a call center environment
  • Typing skills 60+ WPM
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Sales Force a plus! 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills - Bi-lingual is a plus!
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
