Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical component testing

• Conduct verification and qualification tests, including insulation resistance, dielectric strength, partial discharge, and end-of-life assessments

• Develop, update, and maintain test procedures

• Analyze data and prepare detailed engineering reports and technical memos

• Support failure analysis and troubleshooting efforts

• Maintain accurate documentation of test data and results

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or a related technical field

• 2+ years of experience in test or validation engineering

• Strong knowledge of electrical principles for high-voltage and high-current systems

• Preferred experience with EIA-364, DO-160, EN2591, or similar testing standards

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret results and communicate findings through clear technical reports
