Warehouse Team Leader (60-80K)
We are hiring a hands on Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations for an established manufacturer.
This role leads a small, tight-knit team and works closely with production and operations to ensure smooth material flow and shipping accuracy.

What You’ll Do:
Warehouse Team Leadership:
- Lead and support a small team in daily shipping, receiving, and material handling
- Coordinate order fulfillment to ensure on-time and accurate shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and routine reconciliation
- Operate ERP and inventory systems to track materials and transactions
- Ensure organized storage, efficient layout, and safe material flow
- Work cross-functionally with production, purchasing, and customer service
Facility and Site Support:
- Oversee general warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate basic building maintenance or outside vendors when needed
- Support safety initiatives and maintain OSHA compliance
Experience:
- 3–7+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics within a manufacturing environment
- Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred (small team leadership ideal)
- Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping processes
- Comfortable working in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Hands on leadership style - willing to jump in and work alongside the team
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
