Shipping Clerk | 1st Shift

Pay Range: $22.00 – $23.00 / hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible)

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As the Shipping Clerk, you will oversee the movement of supplies and equipment to keep our warehouse running smoothly:

Shipping & Receiving: Receive, store, and issue materials while ensuring all incoming goods match purchase orders and specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect orders for quantity and quality, reporting any damages or discrepancies immediately.
Logistics Coordination: Set priorities for outgoing deliveries and pack/crate equipment for shipment to vendors.
Documentation: Complete shipping memos, notify vendors of pickups, and prepare inventory control slips.
Organization: Assist with the layout of the storeroom to optimize space and efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment is preferred.
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent prior work experience.
Reliability: Ability to follow defined procedures and instructions to deliver high-quality results.
Communication: Ability to communicate clearly within the team to troubleshoot routine challenges.
Detail-Oriented: Focused on checking data and information to ensure accuracy in every shipment.
