Material Handler | Logistics & Inventory Support

Pay Range: $18.00 / hour + 10% shift differential
Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (2nd Shift)

Are you an organized professional who enjoys keeping a production floor humming? We are seeking a Material Handler to join an established manufacturing team in East Syracuse. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the facility—ensuring inventory is accurate, materials are where they need to be, and production never misses a beat.

If you have a "safety-first" mindset and experience with inventory systems, we want to help you take the next step in your career. You will need to be able to pass a DOT physical for this position!

Your Impact on the Floor

Inventory Mastery: Track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain Kanban systems to prevent production delays.
System Accuracy: Use SAP to process transactions, manage goods movements, and oversee inbound/outbound storage.
Internal Logistics: Fulfill material requests and ensure raw materials are delivered to the right production areas exactly when they are needed.
Safety & Order: Keep the warehouse and production areas clean and organized while adhering to strict safety regulations.

What You Bring to the Table

The Essentials: High School Diploma or GED.
System Knowledge: Experience with SAP or similar inventory management software is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational habits and basic math skills for accurate counting and documentation.
Bonus Points: A current Forklift License or OSHA Certification will move you to the top of the list!
Reliability: A track record of dependable attendance and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
