Pay Range: $18.00 – $26.00 / hour

Your Impact

Precision Production: Operate Amada and/or Mitsubishi laser turret equipment to manufacture parts that meet exact print specifications.
Quality Control: Perform detailed inspections and document results to maintain rigorous quality standards.
Efficiency & Workflow: Monitor your performance against production goals and communicate equipment needs or safety ideas to leadership.
Team Collaboration: Maintain a clean workspace and jump in to assist other shop areas as production needs shift.

What You Bring to the Table

Technical Expertise: Prior experience operating Laser/Turret machinery is required.
Equipment Knowledge: Experience with Amada or Mitsubishi equipment is highly preferred.
Reliability: A track record of dependable attendance and a "safety-first" mindset.
Positive Attitude: A team-oriented approach and the flexibility to assist where needed to help the shop succeed.
