Warranty Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: 19.00/hour

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Warranty Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team supporting pre-delivery and after-sale customer needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty claims and maintain accurate case documentation

  • Communicate warranty coverage updates to distributor partners

  • Support customers with product registration and online navigation

  • Register equipment on behalf of homeowners as needed

  • Correct and update product registration details

  • Ensure product model and serial numbers are properly entered into the system

  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email, and redirect to appropriate teams when necessary

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
