Warranty Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: 19.00/hour
Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Warranty Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team supporting pre-delivery and after-sale customer needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims and maintain accurate case documentation
Communicate warranty coverage updates to distributor partners
Support customers with product registration and online navigation
Register equipment on behalf of homeowners as needed
Correct and update product registration details
Ensure product model and serial numbers are properly entered into the system
Respond to inquiries via phone and email, and redirect to appropriate teams when necessary
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
